Who we are

Information you give us

The quote form is the only place on this site where you type information about yourself. It asks for your name, and optionally your company, email address, and phone number, along with details about the work you need: the service, volumes, timeline, and whatever you write in the message field.

We use that information to respond to your request and to keep an ordinary business record of it. We do not sell it, rent it, or share it with anyone outside the service providers listed below.

Information collected automatically

When you submit the quote form, we also record the IP address, browser type, country, and referring page associated with the submission. This is standard practice and exists to help us identify automated spam.

Like most websites, this one uses analytics to understand which pages people find useful. We use Google Analytics, which sets cookies and records things like which pages you viewed, roughly where in the world you are based on your IP address, and whether you tapped a phone number or completed the quote form. We look at this in aggregate. We are trying to learn whether the cross docking page works on a phone, not who you are.

Service providers

A small static website still relies on a few outside companies, and information passes through them:

• Cloudflare hosts this site and stores quote form submissions.
• Resend delivers the email notification that tells us a quote request came in.
• Google provides the analytics described above. The About page also embeds a Google map, and every page loads a font from Google, both of which mean Google receives your IP address when the page loads.

Each of these companies handles the information under its own privacy terms and only for the purpose of providing that service to us.

Cookies

The cookies on this site come from Google Analytics. Nothing on this site requires cookies to function, so you can block or delete them in your browser settings and everything will still work. Google also publishes a browser add-on that opts you out of Google Analytics entirely.

How long we keep things

Quote requests are kept as long as we need them to respond and to maintain normal business records. Analytics data is retained for 14 months, after which Google deletes it automatically.

Your choices

If you want to know what we hold about you, or you want it corrected or deleted, call (317) 899-1000, write to us at the address above, or send the request through the quote form. We will handle it directly. There is no ticket queue and no automated system standing between you and a person.

Children

This is a business to business logistics website. It is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.

Changes

If we change how any of this works, we will update this page and the date at the top. If the change is significant, we will say so plainly rather than quietly editing a sentence.
